Our Peer Support program builds community and a culture of belonging through a structured, House-based approach. By integrating this into our Pastoral Care system, we empower senior students to serve as mentors and role models. This cross-age connection ensures that younger students transition into college life with confidence, knowing they are valued and supported by their peers.
Through a vertically integrated model, pairing Year 10s with Year 7, Year 11s with Year 8, and Year 12s with Year 9, students engage in meaningful dialogue centered on resilience, values, and relationships.
This mentorship allows younger students to gain vital life skills from experienced peers, while seniors develop genuine leadership qualities.
